Piesko is well-known in the Flint area for providing medical care for amateur, as well as, professional athletes. He instituted the Greater Flint Sports Medicine Center and directed the placement of certified trainers at area high schools. He serves as the team physician at Powers Catholic and Flint’s professional hockey teams.
