After hearing they would be inducted into the 2013 Greater Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame, Connie Rolison and a few members of the 1984 and ’85 Mt. Morris softball teams had a little nostalgic get-together.
“It was like we never missed a beat,” said the former Mt. Morris pitcher after seeing her teammates for the first time in almost 30 years.
The ’84 and ’85 teams will be inducted into the Greater Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame on Dec. 7 at the Genesys Athletic Club in Grand Blanc.
