Considered a natural athlete, Bysco excelled in basketball, baseball, and bowling. He was a semi-pro center in basketball, a minor league baseball pitcher, a manager and coach. His 300 game in the City Bowling Tournament was the first in history. His 787 actual, also in the City Tournament at a different time, paced a 1,378 doubles. Bysco also wrestled and boxed.
