When Keith Richardson checks out the plaques of previous Greater Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame inductees, he sees
a lot of familiar faces staring back at him.
Many of them were former teammates, coaches and adversaries during his days as a high school athlete at Flint
Central.
Others were athletes he coached in basketball and track at Flint Southwestern.
“When I counted the number of people already inducted into the Hall of Fame, I had some sort of relationship with over half
those people, which means a lot to me,” Richardson said. “It makes it very special to go in with these people.”
