Judge Tom was one of the founding fathers of the GFASHOF having initiated the idea as a member of the Genesee County
Bruin Club (Mott College) in 1980. He guided the Board of Directors, serving as the fi rst President in (1980-1981), during the
initial stages of growth. Judge Tom remained active for 18 years retiring in 1998. Formally inducted to the GFASHOF as a
Special Service recipient in 2007.
