Pamela McGee became the first Flint basketball player to receive a Gold Medal as a member of the U.S. Women’s team in ’84. At Northern, Pamela combined with her twin sister, began an unprecedented dynasty in state high school girls’ basketball. Northern posted back-to-back undefeated seasons in her final two years culminating in state Class A tournament championships in ’78 and ’79. At Southern California, Pamela compiled a record of 109-18 during her 4 year career, capped by NCAA championships in 1983 and ’84.
